Job Description

    *manager in business development activities and sector projects including support on pitches Assisting the sector manager and the sector team in developing thought leadership publications and point of view documents Working as an independent contributor or as part of a larger sector team to deliver strategic market, operation, and commercial studies Contributing to the creation of and presentation of deliverables to mid/senior level onshore management by leveraging the sector knowledge Developing discussion papers to support strategic initiatives of key accounts Leveraging analytical skills in combination to the sector knowledge to deliver So what analysis on deliverables Contribute to the knowledge management initiative with the sector team Job Requirements Essential Skills Qualifications: MBA from a leading Indian / International educational institution Experience: The candidate must have 4-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm/ Big 3 or should have strategy or research experience gained in corporate/strategic consulting roles Strong interest in C&R sectors (relevant prior experience in the sectors would be an advantage) Prior experience or inclination towards ESG topics would be an advantage Expertise in MS Office especially Excel, Power Point and Word Sound knowledge of key financial operational KPIs Ability to think analytically and identify the relevant key points through complexity Ability to work both independently and as a part of a project team Willingness and ability to learn and work on newer challenging projects and initiatives Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values Familiarity with C&R and other databases like Euromonitor, Statista, Capital IQ, ThomsonOne Preferred Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of German language would be an added advantage Familiarity with Data Analytics: Visualization- Power BI and Tableau (knowledge of Python/ R would be an advantage) Knowledge of Social Sentiment tools and other brand/marketing related analysis would be an advantage, *MBA#LI-KGS
