SPM Business Systems AnalystPosting Location : Location US-RemotePosting date 2 days ago(3/16/2022 12:19 PM)Job ID 94788 Workday ID R-022980 Category Information Technology About the job The Red Hat Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Applications team is looking for a Sales Performance Management (SPM) Business Systems Analyst with a background in sales performance management and enterprise performance management to join us. In this role, you will be an intermediary between the business and IT, using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business partners achieve their desired outcomes through SPM technology like Anaplan. You ll need to be able to understand enterprise and team problems and goals, analyze stakeholder needs and solutions, and devise strategies to promote change. You ll gather and analyze information in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. You ll play a key role in ensuring that the development teams understand the business requirements and deliver solutions that align with stakeholder needs. You ll lead stakeholder collaboration and gather and compile user requirements. You ll help plan, design, develop, launch and support efficient business, financial, and operations systems for core organizational functions and business processes. As an SPM Business Systems Analyst, you ll need to have proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. What you will do
• Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for SPM functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner
• Manage ongoing relationship with stakeholders in the Finance, Accounting, Business Finance, Sales Operations, and Sales teams to increase satisfaction with project outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of offerings and vision to help guide technical development
• Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues and serve as a point of contact for IT deliverables
• Analyze complex business problems and how they might be solved with technology
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business or system issues
• Review business processes and research new IT advancements to make systems more modern
• Ensure compliance with SOX, business controls, and IT general controls
• Evangelize best practice use of applications for scalable deployments
• Support production support team as a subject matter expert
What you will bring
• 5+ years of experience working as a business systems analyst in full project management life cycle for software, maintenance, development, and implementation projects
• 3+ years of experience with SPM applications; Anaplan and Salesforce.com (SFDC) are preferred
• Bachelor s or master s degree in a related field
• Solid analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational and project requirements
• Curiosity and the ability to challenge thought partners across functional areas to better understand their needs
• Experience defining and maintaining strategies and business and technical roadmaps
• Proven experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or offerings
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain high level of accuracy
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the abilityto exercise mature judgment
