Job Description

    Job requires the candidate with strong technical experience (10+ years) in Supporting, designing and implementing solutions in infrastructure service. Candidate will be working for complete Microsoft services solutions and will be acting as Technical escalation point. He will be responsible for Solution designing for all Enterprise services i.e. Windows, Messaging, O365 & Azure. Job Responsibilities
    • Excellent experience of managing L3 support for Infrastructure services.
    • Solution design for Enterprise services managed services, IT infrastructure architecting, messaging, enterprise application sizing and designing infra for applications
    • Identify customer requirements, analyse alternatives and conduct product recommendations
    • Presenting the design/proposed solution to customers
    • Must be excellent in designing cost effective solutions for customer
    • Knowledge of Hybrid, On-prem & Cloud environments.
    • Self- Starter, Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
    • Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
    • Should be an effective team Leader with proven record of manging L2-L3 Teams
    • Assertive in communication, excellent communication skills and presentation skills
    • Build and sustain a relationship with the primary technical contact for the customer and ensure the highest level of satisfaction with respect to services and support offered
    • Deliver Trainings and KT to team for any new service engagement for support
    • Last Escalation Point for all L3 technical queries/Problems
    Technical Responsibilities
    • Hands-on experience of system administration of Windows server-side infrastructure Windows 2012,2016,2019 and associated technologies
    • Knowledge of ADCS , Certificate update/ renewal services.
    • Strong working experience on DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, ADFS, DFS, SCVMM, SCCM
    • Strong plus for experience on patch management tool administration (WSUS, SCCM, etc.)
    • Excellent Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security.
    • Expertise on Azure IaaS PaaS SaaS Services
    • Must have experience to plan, develop, Migrate, stabilize, and troubleshoot Cloud environments as needed with Microsoft Azure.
    • Excellent knowledge on Exchange-On prem Office 365 and related technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, MS365 defender, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization, , One Drive for Business and Azure AD.
    • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Directory Synchronization Tools such as DirSync, Azure AD sync and Azure AD connect.
    • The candidate must leverage problem-solving skills and previous experiences for planning, installation and configuration of new Azure migrations and supporting existing.
    • Experience to have spent a majority of their time managing, planning, and executing installation-related tasks for client implementations.
    • Develop solutions in response to approved service request which require changes to existing environment or a new solution to be implemented
    Desirable Qualification & Experience
    • Desirable B.Tech./B.E. /BCA/MCA.
    • Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience
    • MCSE/ MS365/Azure Certified Professional will be preferred.
    • Must have experience with International Clients
