Job Description

    Primary Responsibilities This position is responsible for the following:
    • Load and reconcile SQL server and MS Access data sources related to close activities.
    • Provide reconciliation and database status updates.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements using technical solutions.
    • Create and Maintain SSIS packages.
    • Managing Tableau Content in production/Development environment.
    • Managing Control-M environment for ETL jobs.
    • Create and maintain process documentation.
    • Cross train team members.
    • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and data mining efforts when required.
    • Assist with standardization of reporting and analysis processes which are dependent on the managed databases.
    Qualification Required Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent degree.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL Server and MS Access
    • Database Administration Data Mining (including ETL processes to automate and standardize population of data sources)
    • Strong skills related to execution and implementation of process changes.
    • Must have strong analytical skills.
    • Must be an effective communicator.
    • Ability to track and complete multiple requests with conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results which may include the need for overtime work during peak activity periods.
    • Possess the capacity to listen/consult/advise and provide solutions for a variety of stakeholders who may have concurrent or competing priorities.
    Desired (Good to have skills):
    • OneStream experience a plus
    • MicroStrategy experience a plus
    • Python/SFDC experience a plus
