    Resident Engineer and Group Manager who are working together with JOEM engineers and carry out tasks for products of overall Cross-domain Computing Solution Business (XC) Division at their site.This is a very challenging role to establish a new group and be responsible for providing value to customers with high sincerity as a representative of Bosch at nearest position to them.Major tasks:
    • Work with JOEM engineers to evaluate products of Cross-domain Computing Solution Business Division.
    • Investigate issues, cause analysis and consider countermeasures with global Bosch engineers.
    • Software update, integration and evaluation.
    • Elicit requirements or expectations from JOEM and share them with Bosch project team.
    • Improve and maintain competence, store and share know-how obtained via task execution or training.
    • (Manager) Task assignment, management and team leading, human resource management.
