This is a place where you can GROW, both personally and professionally, while expanding your skills in sales, customer success, and people management.Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Renewal Sales Specialist role will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team.You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and be accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell, and expansion for health technology products across the Greater China region.As part of our organizations growth, this expansion role is a permanent position where you get to develop a new technology business line as our organization expands the business. Were looking for individuals who are curious, with excellent communication and strong stakeholder skills. You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situations and managing complex, deep relationships to help the customer uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.Successful candidates are seasoned and experienced professionals that are excited to resolve a wide range of issues and handle objections in creative ways. You get to cultivate deeper relationships across longer sales cycles with prospect contacts across various organizational levels. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.What youll experience with us

  • Works with complex and large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes and may serve as subject matter expert.
  • Understand and capture the Voice of the Customer for assigned client.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures.
  • Confirm commitment of clients maintenance contracts and work towards assigned contract revenue goals.
  • Create a sales funnel that can support quota overall attainment.
  • Make and receive calls with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed quota targets and activity metrics within assigned accounts/territory.
  • Convert small starting opportunities to significant-sized opportunities over time.
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Undertake research to understand prospect organization structures and identify important players.
  • Assess client needs, requirements, and facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Develop excellent technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling.
  • Collate and deliver exec-level presentations.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identify sales opportunities and leads.
  • Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured promptly.
Well be a great match if you
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of account management/consultative-based sales experience managing renewals accounts, upselling, or cross-selling sales motion.
  • Experience with high-volume calling with a proven track record of sales or account management in the medical/pharmaceutical or engineering/manufacturing industry.
  • Candidates with an excellent command of Chinese, English language, and/or cultural nuance are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison.
  • Based in Dalian office, you will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in the Greater China region.
  • Strategic-thinker with an appreciation of complex selling cycles and ability to engage at exec-level.
  • Strong consultative approach to engage clients and prospects.
  • Result-driven with a strong track record in delivering sales targets.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
