    Role Overview:As a CAD Designer specializing in residential buildings, your main role will involve creating detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that designs align with specifications and adhere to industry standards.Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed CAD drawings and models for building projects.- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications.- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and project managers.- Conduct quality control checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering preferred.- Proven experience as a CAD Designer, preferably in the construction sector.- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Additional Details:The company is offering a full-time job position with a preference for candidates with a total work experience of 4 years.
