Job Description

    As an SAP HCM Technical Consultant at EY, you will be involved in end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM/ECP systems for clients globally, focusing on countries like the Americas, Australia, UK & European countries. Your role will encompass analyzing client requirements, proposing solutions, developing and delivering high-quality solutions adhering to EY best practices, and actively participating in the entire lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations.**Key Responsibilities:**- Analyze and propose solutions for client requirements in collaboration with Functional consultants- Develop, document, and deliver solutions with high quality, following EY best practices- Engage in the complete lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations, including design, estimation, development, documentation, testing, and taking ownership where necessary- Collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure timely and high-standard delivery- Drive improvements and innovations in development processes, methodologies, and technology- Engage with customers at different project stages to ensure project success**Qualifications and Competencies:**- Any Graduate / Postgraduate- 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP as an ABAP HR developer with a strong exposure to the HCM Module- Development experience in ABAP 7.40 or higher preferred- Good understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and experience in Payroll application development- Experience in Interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs, etc., and Form development- Expertise in various Enhancement Implementation options- Knowledge of Integration techniques like PTP, BIB, and exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll control center, and SF Employee Central advantageous- Exposure to HANA Coding like CDS, AMDP will be a plus- Ability to comprehend customer business requirements rapidly and generate new, creative ideas- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills- Team player, able to multitask, flexible, and work well under pressure- Committed to continuous learning and proactive implementation of the latest technologiesJoin EY in shaping a better working world by leveraging your unique skills and perspectives to contribute to the success of the SAP HCM team and help build an exceptional experience for yourself while making a positive impact on the working world.
