Job Description

    As a Retail Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our physical retail stores. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing daily store operations, such as opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store profitability.- Ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.- Leading, training, and motivating store staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance objectives.- Overseeing visual merchandising standards to maintain appealing and consistent product presentation.- Managing store inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes, and minimizing stock discrepancies.- Monitoring store expenses and implementing cost-saving measures while upholding quality and service standards.- Analyzing sales data and operational reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Collaborating with the e-commerce team to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Additionally, this role is essential in supporting our companys omnichannel strategy and expanding our retail footprint.
