    Role Overview:As a Senior Manager in HR at our company, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions within the organization. Your key role will involve building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the companys growth by bringing in the right people at the right time.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding.- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection from hiring teams.- Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.- Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing the organizations reputation and values.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System.- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring efficiency.- Maintain structured recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.- Contribute to recruitment process enhancements and HR transformation initiatives.- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.- Gather and leverage feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- High attention to detail with a strong process orientation and data accuracy mindset.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources.- Bachelors with a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources.(Note: The additional details of the company were not explicitly mentioned in the provided job description.)
