Cyber Security Engineer - PAM

Job Description

**Role Overview:**As a Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) at Hillenbrands global Cybersecurity team, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage the BeyondTrust PAM platform. Your expertise in authentication protocols, privilege account management, and BeyondTrust products will be crucial for the success in this role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Drive the design and implementation of BeyondTrust PAM and vendor portal solutions to align with security and business requirements.- Create privileged Inventory and implement Use Cases as needed.- Maintain, tune, and manage the PAM platform including daily operations, investigations, fine-tuning, and rule creation based on business requirements.- Establish and uphold processes and procedures for PAM platforms.- Collaborate closely with other IT teams to address vulnerabilities and mitigate risks effectively.- Serve as a subject matter expert for BeyondTrust, providing level 2/3 support, consulting with technical teams on integrations and best practices.- Act as a product owner, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to drive program adoption and enhance maturity.**Qualifications Required:**- 8 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing PAM solutions in complex global environments.- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and administering BeyondTrust platform and integrating it with other systems.- Strong understanding of privilege access and least privilege controls.- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution accountability to deliver results effectively.- Comfortable operating in a high-change environment and dealing with ambiguity.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.**About the Company:**Mold-Masters is a renowned global leader in the plastics industry, designing, manufacturing, distributing, selling, and servicing highly engineered and customized plastic processing equipment and systems.
