Job Description

    Direct Marketing ChannelPosition: Senior Relationship Manager / Executive Relationship ManagerCompensation/CTC Package: 2.2 L to 3.5 L CTC per annum Attractive Incentives based on sales performance Opportunity to Travel to exciting National & International locations Fast-Track Promotion (3 promotion cycles per year).Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Schedule and conduct appointments with potential customers to explore new business opportunities.
    • Explain the benefits and features of Life Insurance plans and ensure they align with customer needs.
    • Proactively source customer leads from your personal network to sell Life Insurance products.
    • Follow up on provided leads, secure appointments, and convert leads into sales.
    • Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to existing clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets as per the designated goal sheet.
    Required Criteria:
    • Age: 24 to 39 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
    • At least 6 months of experience in Life Insurance or BFSI sales.
    • Should be a local resident with a natural market in the area.
    • Must have access to a 2-wheeler/4-wheeler.
    • Possess an Android-based smartphone.
