Job Description

    Job DescriptionAs a member of the Wholy team, your role involves supporting the creation and execution of relevant, on-brand content for Wholys social media platforms. You will collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams to ensure that every fudgy cake launched is crafted to delight without compromise.Key Responsibilities- Build and scale the Wholy grassroots community by planning and executing college, supermarket, and corporate activations. This includes organizing sampling drives and on-ground brand engagement.- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand collaborators to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and reach.- Assist in branding, packaging, and creative projects by coordinating with external freelancers like designers, illustrators, and agencies.- Support campaign planning and execution across online and offline touchpoints to maintain consistent brand messaging.- Track basic engagement metrics, activation feedback, and community responses to guide future campaigns.- Represent Wholy at events and activations as a brand ambassador, embodying the brands values, tone, and energy.Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in Branding, Digital & Performance Marketing, preferably with D2C brands.- Excellent social and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate problem-solving skills.- Bachelors degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage.
