Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Lexis Tooling Systems, your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and reliability of machinery and equipment in the CNC machine shop. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and Manual Machines as well as all utility maintenance.- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.- Ensure timely repair of equipment to meet production targets.In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to:- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.- Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.To qualify for this role, you should have:- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.- Experience: 14 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a CNC manufacturing environment.- Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC Maintenance, proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting, hands-on experience in CNC and Utility Maintenance.The work location for this role is at Lexis Tooling Systems Private Limited Manufacturing plant & registered office in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
