The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the electrical/electronicscomponents manufacturing industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with customers both domestically and internationally. The SalesManager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customeraccounts, and meeting sales targets to drive company growth.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potentialcustomers in the electrical and electronics sector. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, andrequirements. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customersatisfaction.Lead Generation & Market Research: Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through marketresearch, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Identify target markets and customer segments within the manufacturingindustry to expand the customer baSales Strategy & Target Achievement: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with the companysoverall manufacturing strategy. Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets by focusing on customerneeds and delivering tailored solutions. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needsto adjust sales strategies as required.Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close deals and achievesales goals. Provide accurate and timely quotations, manage the bidding process, andensure competitive pricing strategies.Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors activities and market conditions to develop and implementstrategies to stay ahead of industry trends. Proactively identify market changes and adjust sales tactics accordiQualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 7 years in related industry.Educational Qualifications: Minimum qualification of BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (EEE/ECE) orMBA in Sales and MarketingExperience: At least 7 years of experience in sales or business development in theelectrical/electronics components manufacturing industry. Proven track record in sales and pricing negotiations within theelectrical/electronics sectorSkills & Competencies: Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi & Tamil. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market dynamics and customerneeds. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillPersonal Attributes: Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
