Job Description

    As a Scrum Master for this position, your role will involve facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects. Your responsibility will also include tracking and reporting team performance metrics, coaching teams on Agile best practices and principles, as well as identifying and resolving blockers to progress.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.- Track and report team performance metrics.- Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles.- Identify and resolve blockers to progress.Qualifications Required:- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with 3 to 5 years working in Agile environments.- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide Agile teams.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage.- Ability to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
