Senior IAM Engineer

Join the team to create an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to building a better working world for all.Key Responsibilities:- Engage in Identity & Access Management projects- Provide Level 3 and Level 4 support for systems within agreed service levels- Work independently and adapt quickly with a positive attitude- Possess 3-6 years of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory (Entra) experience- Manage and administer Active Directory, including bulk updates using scripts and backup/restore of AD database- Handle escalated issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)- Experience in AD server migration, deployment, and DC promotion- Knowledge of AD migrations between domains- Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels- Awareness of security standards like NIST and CIS- Hands-on experience with Azure AD connect server synchronization- Prepare operational manuals, procedure documents, and design documents- Understand concepts of Authentication, Authorization, Provisioning, Identity, and Access Management- Knowledge of basic security concepts and certificate management- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure and analyze related issues- Proficient in OAuth, OpenID, SAML concepts, and Azure Active Directory B2C & B2B connections- Technical knowledge of Active Directory administration and concepts- Hands-on experience with end-to-end Identity and Access Management tools- Flexibility to work on new technologies in the IAM domain- Collaborate in a client-facing role- Strong understanding of Identity Access Management solutions- Thorough knowledge of respective tools with hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and customization- Experience in global, remote team settingsQualification Required:- Bachelor or masters degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- 3-6 years of experience in implementing IAM projects (Active Directory and Azure AD) and migration- Proficiency in verbal and written English language- Strong interpersonal and presentation skillsCompany Details (if available):EY is dedicated to helping clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, offering diverse and meaningful projects.
