Job Description

As a Senior Security Analyst/Senior Consultant in the Technology Consulting team at EY, you will be involved in various Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for global customers. Your role will require you to engage and contribute to IAM projects, provide Level 3 and Level 4 support for systems within agreed service levels, and work independently with a positive attitude. Your responsibilities will include:- Engaging and contributing to Identity & Access Management projects- Providing Level 3 and Level 4 support for the system within agreed service levels- Working independently, adapting quickly, and maintaining a positive attitude- Having 3-6 years of experience in Active Directory/Azure Active Directory (Entra)- Experience in maintaining and administering Active Directory- Knowledge of bulk updates using scripts- Managing backup/restore of AD database- Handling escalated issues and providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)- Experience in AD server migration, deployment, and DC promotion- Knowledge of AD migrations between domains- Good verbal and written communication skills- Awareness of security standards such as NIST and CIS- Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect server synchronization- Strong knowledge of OAuth, OpenID, and SAML concepts- Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure- Technical knowledge of Active Directory, including user and computer account administration- Understanding of AD concepts like FSMO roles, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, etc.- Experience with end-to-end Identity and Access Management Tools- Ability to work on new technologies in IAM domain- Worked in a client-facing role- Hands-on experience with Active directory domain migrationsTo qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, 3-6 years of experience implementing IAM projects, strong command of verbal and written English language, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be required to:- Travel as required- Be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required- Work in shifts as requiredWorking at EY offers you the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects, receive support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues, develop new skills, and progress your career.
