Job Description

Position: Retail Sales ManagerExperience: 4 years in jewellery retail salesSalary: NegotiableLocation: Gurgaon; DelhiIndustry: Retail/JewelleryJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the showroom aesthetics and inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  • Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
  • Drive promotions, discounts, and festive offers to maximize revenue.
Showroom & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain the showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
  • Ensure all jewellery pieces are displayed attractively as per brand guidelines.
  • Oversee stock levels, track sales trends, and coordinate with the purchasing team for restocking.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure loss prevention.
Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve showroom goals.
  • Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, jewellery trends, and customer handling.
  • Schedule shifts and assign duties to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Marketing & Business Development:
  • Implement in-store marketing campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing teams for promotions.
  • Engage in local community events to promote brand awareness.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Administrative & Compliance:
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately through billing software.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales, stock movement, and customer records.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including safety measures and security protocols.
