Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance, goal achievement, and continuous development.
  • Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure alignment of strategies and ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Sales Training: Oversee training programs to improve the sales teams product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
