Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business decision-making processes.- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and strategies to optimize business performance.- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews.- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, providing guidance and support to department heads.- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, assisting in financial planning and analysis.- Stay updated with industry. trends and best practices in finance and accounting, recommending process improvements and implementing new tools and technologies.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience of 3- 5 years in finance, preferably in a business finance capacity.- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.- Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Professional certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are highly desirable,
