Job Description

    Hiring for Business Analyst for Manufacturing IndustryJob Summary:The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency in the manufacturing sector. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights contribute to strategic decision-making and process optimization.Key Responsibilities:Business Process Analysis & Improvement:
    • Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
    • Develop and recommend process improvement strategies to optimize production and operations.
    • Work closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to streamline operations.
    Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, interpret, and analyze manufacturing data to support business decisions.
    • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using data visualization tools.
    • Monitor trends and generate insights to improve performance and productivity.
    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and management.
    • Gather and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
    • Ensure effective communication between departments to align business goals with operational capabilities.
    Technology & System Implementation:
    • Support the implementation of ERP, MES, and other manufacturing software systems.
    • Work with IT teams to improve system functionalities and user experience.
    • Provide training and support to employees on new tools and technologies.
    Cost Optimization & Risk Management:
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities through process automation and optimization.
    • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential disruptions in manufacturing processes.
    • Develop action plans to address inefficiencies and reduce waste.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and production workflows.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
    • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
