Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Product & Service Knowledge:
      • Gain a deep understanding of all products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
    2. Client Acquisition:
      • Generate new business leads through direct outreach, word-of-mouth referrals, cold calling, and collaboration with the marketing team.
      • Actively prospect and pursue new clients, ensuring a continuous pipeline of potential customers.
    3. Networking & Market Research:
      • Participate in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand your network and connect with prospective clients.
      • Research market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
    4. Client Relationship Management:
      • Cultivate and maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
      • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    5. Upselling & Cross-Selling:
      • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving business requirements.
    6. Business Proposals & Contracts:
      • Develop compelling business proposals and contracts to win new business and drive revenue growth.
      • Customize proposals to suit client needs and maximize conversion rates.
    7. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
      • Negotiate terms, prices, and service agreements with clients to secure favorable deals that meet both client and company objectives.
    8. Sales Training & Development:
      • Collaborate with internal teams to provide staff with the technical and interpersonal skills needed to drive sales success.
      • Stay updated with sales techniques and industry best practices to improve team performance.
    9. Client Feedback & Process Improvement:
      • Collect and analyze client feedback to understand satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
      • Implement changes in service delivery or product offerings based on client feedback.
    10. Market Awareness:
      • Continuously monitor trends and shifts in the market to ensure that the companys products and services remain competitive and relevant.
