Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Member Recruitment: Engage potential members and convert them into active members by explaining benefits and opportunities.
    2. Onboarding: Welcome new members, ensure smooth onboarding processes, and offer continued support.
    3. Retention: Monitor member satisfaction, conduct outreach to maintain high retention rates, and resolve any issues promptly.
    4. Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with members by being proactive and responsive to their needs.
    5. Promote Membership Benefits: Educate and remind members of the benefits available to them, ensuring they make the most of their membership.
    6. Event Support: Attend and assist in organizing membership-related events, ensuring members feel welcomed and engaged.
    7. Member Feedback Collection: Gather feedback through surveys or direct communication and relay insights to improve services.
    8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, status, and progress, providing regular reports to management.
    9. Cross-Promote Services: Identify opportunities to cross-promote other services or events that may interest members.
    10. Membership Database Management: Update member information, process renewals, and ensure the database is current and accurate.
