Job Description

    About the Company:Jetking is a leading IT and Hardware networking institute, committed to shaping the future of the youth by providing them with the necessary technical skills and soft skills training to succeed in the IT industry. We are looking for a dedicated Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain high educational standards at our training center.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Operational Management:
      • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including staff scheduling, facility management, and compliance with company policies.
      • Monitor and improve the operational efficiency of the center, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    2. Student Enrollment and Engagement:
      • Drive student enrollment through effective counseling and engagement strategies.
      • Monitor student progress and ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
    3. Faculty and Staff Supervision:
      • Supervise and support the faculty and administrative staff, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
      • Facilitate professional development and training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
    4. Customer Relations:
      • Address and resolve student and parent queries and concerns promptly.
      • Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
    5. Center Performance and Reporting:
      • Monitor and report on the centers performance, including student enrollment, revenue, and training quality.
      • Implement strategies to achieve the centers targets and goals.
    6. Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure high standards of teaching and training are maintained at the center.
      • Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to assess and improve training quality.
    7. Marketing and Community Outreach:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing campaigns and community outreach programs.
      • Represent the center at local events and build partnerships with local educational institutions and organizations.
    8. Resource Management:
      • Oversee the maintenance and utilization of resources, including classroom infrastructure, lab equipment, and study materials.
      • Ensure the center is equipped with the necessary resources to deliver quality training.
    9. Compliance and Safety:
      • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
      • Implement health and safety policies and procedures at the center.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an educational or training institution, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
      • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with educational management software.
      • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
