Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Training Delivery: Design and deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Analytics, Deep Learning, and related topics. Tailor training to meet the needs of beginners to advanced learners.
    • Curriculum Development: Develop and update training material and courses for in-person or online sessions, including presentations, hands-on exercises, case studies, and project-based learning modules. Ensure that content remains current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
    • Mentoring & Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to learners on complex topics like Machine Learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data visualization, Python, R, SQL, and other relevant data science tools.
    • Hands-on Training: Lead practical sessions, where participants work on real-world datasets and solve actual problems using data science and machine learning tools. Demonstrate coding best practices and efficient problem-solving techniques.
    • Learner Support: Offer post-session support, answer queries, provide resources for further learning, and ensure learners progress through the course material. Track the progress of participants and assist in achieving their learning objectives.
    • Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Data Science and AI. Continuously improve training modules and delivery methods based on feedback and emerging trends in the field.
    • Evaluation & Feedback: Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to evaluate learner progress and knowledge retention. Provide constructive feedback and offer suggestions for improvement.
    • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Training and Development team and subject matter experts to ensure that training content is aligned with the organizational or client needs. Develop customized training programs for corporate clients.
    • Create Learning Resources: Develop learning materials like tutorial videos, e-books, guides, and blog posts to enhance learning experience and create a knowledge repository.
