Job Description

    About the Role:As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.Job Brief:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will overseerecruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • To work on the recruitment position assigned by the Team Lead.
    • To ensure CVs are shared with the client within the timelines specified by the Lead.
    • To co-ordinate with the shortlisted / selected candidates for joining formalities.
    • To support the Lead in time of excess requirements and undertake developmental initiatives to enhance team building
    • To develop and maintain own database of CVs of the categories assigned.
    • Develop amicable relations with employees on a long-term basis keeping in mind the Companys goodwill.
    • To update and complete documentation of the approached and selected candidates.
    • To ensure minimum back outs during the recruitment cycle
    • To provide complete and accurate information of the prospective candidates presented for review to the client
    • Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
    • Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
    • Oversee recruitment andselection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Design Job Descriptions and post on Portals and Social Media.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and providefeedback to Candidates.
    • Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Clients and Candidates.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 12th Pass
    • Fresher or Experienced in HR
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
