Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:Managing stand alone department stores, Planning Target and achieving it, Managing distribution, Managing subordinates, Competition handling, Market hygiene,
    • KAM to Ensure Action planned are Properly communicated & implemented at Trade
    KAM Should building strong relations with trade & spending major time at customer place.Resolving operational issues pertaining to account/deliveries by coordinating with various departments.Communicate customer`s expectations like offer requirements, competitor activity to ZSMKeeping track of Target Achievement by monitoring orders received through ARS.Customize planogram and POSM implementation in Trade.Linking and listing in all RMTsStructure review with Trade and team with Data Analysis and constructive actions.Joint business plan with trade (yearly targets and offers, Marketing inputs)Negotiation skill on TOTCoordination with trade marketing on requirment of trade & ensure implementation
