Job Description

    Therapy Access Manager- ObesityAs a Therapy Access Specialist in the field of obesity, you will play a key role in establishing leadership in obesity management and healthcare. Your focus will be on unlocking business opportunities and promoting obesity as a chronic disease. You will effectively manage diverse scientific communities and drive educational initiatives on the ground.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and engage targeted customer cohorts for strategic outreach.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the Obesity Clinic Program, improving managed care settings for obesity across India.
    • Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, including those in private, corporate, and aesthetic centers, as well as nutritionists, to enhance obesity care.
    • Lead and implement patient awareness initiatives, such as camps and interactions between healthcare professionals and patients, to promote understanding of obesity as a chronic condition.
    Qualifications:
    • Degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Hospital Management, or equivalent.
    • Preferred background in Business Administration.
    • 4-6 years of field experience in launch sales responsibility, market or therapy shaping pre-launch.
    • Proven experience in establishing and developing partnerships.
    • Experience in developing Centers of Excellence and executing on-ground activation initiatives
