Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Team Supervision:
      • Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and staff.
      • Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance work.
      • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
    2. Maintenance Planning:
      • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
      • Plan and oversee emergency repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
      • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all maintenance needs are met.
    3. Equipment and Facility Management:
      • Monitor and inspect machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
      • Identify potential issues and initiate repairs or replacements.
      • Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for operations.
    4. Compliance and Safety:
      • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
      • Conduct regular safety checks and inspections, identifying and resolving potential hazards.
      • Promote a culture of safety within the team and maintain proper documentation for audits.
    5. Inventory and Resource Management:
      • Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies required for maintenance operations.
      • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials.
      • Track maintenance costs and help manage department budgets.
    6. Continuous Improvement:
      • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance maintenance processes.
      • Stay updated on the latest technology and tools relevant to maintenance and facility management.
