Job Description

We are looking for National Key Account Manager- Modern TradeQualifications:- Candidate should be Post Graduate/ MBAExcellent communication skillsDescription:- Key Result Areas: A) Key Account Management : i) Initiate & Develop relationships with key decision makers/ buyers in target organization/ accounts for Business Development ii) Signing off the trading terms with the accounts iii) Joint Business planning with accounts iv) Ensuring growth of the category and gain the market share in the accounts v) Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction level B) Strategic Planning : i) Devising short term and long term goals for achieving top line and bottom line profitability ii) Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitor s activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies iii) Formulating budgets ensuring adherence to planned expenses iv) Making launch/ re- launch plans specific to territory by benchmarking competition/ own well distributed brands C) Channel Management : i) Developing the channel partners & ensuring maximum visibility/ coverage in market ii) Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach iii) Monitoring Distribution networks to ensure ready availability of the product at all times D) Modern Trade/ General Trade operations : i) Supervising merchandising activities like In- store displays, stock arrangements in an attractive manner to create effective visual impact for higher conversion ii) Coordinating with various internal sections for smooth flows of operations iii) Coordinating with the Buyers/ Category persons and adopting measures for the achievement of the targets. E) Team Management : i) Creating an environment that sustains and encourage high performance motivate teams in optimizing their contribution level ii) Deploying sales & marketing activity plans for frontline target setting & reviewing Salary Budget : Negotiable,
