Job Description

    Operations Manager - HR, ADMIN & Finance Role Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the HR, Administration, and Finance departments in the organization.Roles and Responsibilities:HR Management Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees. Manage HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Administration Management Oversee the administrative functions of the organization. Manage office facilities and equipment, including procurement and maintenance. Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate office events and activities.Finance. Management Prepare, manage, and monitor the organizations budget. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Collaborate with external auditors and ensure accurate and timely completion of audits. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving organizational objectives. Work closely with the senior management team to provide strategic guidance on HR, Administration, and Finance matters. Provide reports and analysis on key performance metrics. Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase operational efficiency.Vendor Development/Management:Identifying, evaluating and finalizing supply sources for achieving cost effective purchases of spare parts and maintaining vendor bank based on category of the vendor,Planning, negotiating & preparing proposal for finalizing of orders and handling its Execution ,Adjudging the performance of vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc.Procurement / Sourcing:Implementing key procurement strategies for material; purchase, schedules and ensuring that these strategies and schedules are aligned with organizational objectives. Negotiating & preparing proposal for finalizing of orders and handling its execution. Streamlining the purchase process, providing the best product, service, price, quality and reliability,
