Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collect samples from various stages of production, including raw materials, in-process, and finished products, following established protocols.
    • Conduct routine tests and analyses on collected samples to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
    • Prepare, label, and store samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that all instruments are functioning correctly and within specifications.
    • Record and document all test results, observations, and deviations accurately in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems.
    • Identify and report any non-conforming products or test results to the QC Manager or relevant department.
    • Assist in the development and revision of SOPs, test methods, and quality control procedures.
    • Ensure that all sample collection and testing activities comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other relevant regulations.
    • Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
    • Work closely with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality control and sample collection.
