The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to provide a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and providing accurate information.
    • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as required.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
    • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Follow company security procedures and protocols for visitors.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
    • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • A professional and pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in handling administrative tasks.
    • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with office management procedures.
