Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire new clients in the healthcare sector and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as their primary banking contact.
    • Financial Advisory: Provide customized banking solutions, including loans, deposits, and investment products, to meet the financial needs of healthcare service providers, suppliers, and institutions.
    • Portfolio Management: Manage the banks asset and liability portfolios, focusing on income growth through loans, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), and fixed deposits.
    • Cross-Selling: Support product groups in cross-selling various banking products, including salary accounts, digital solutions, POS terminals, and specialized accounts for healthcare professionals.
    • Revenue Growth: Drive income growth within the healthcare segment by increasing the banks loan book and deposit base and achieving cross-sell income targets.
    • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to understand their financial needs, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks while maintaining client confidentiality.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field. MBA in Finance/Marketing is preferred.
    • Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in relationship management, especially within the healthcare sector or related industries.
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of banking products, including loans, deposits (CASA & FD), and digital banking solutions.
    • Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve sales targets, grow the portfolio, and drive revenue growth.
    • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and decision-makers.
    • Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to provide tailored financial solutions.
    • Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office suite, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
