Our vision is to Empower all to Advertise and we do so by disrupting the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency.Our self-serve online media platform enables advertisers to discover 4.5Lakh media options across 11 media verticals and we then fulfil their campaign requirements by also planning and buying the media and executing the campaigns.We have serviced over 4000 clients till date and have more than 1.4 Million annual visitors to the website ( https://www.themediaant.com/)Sports is the Fastest growing vertical in The Media Ant, we are empowering SMBs to advertise on sports platforms across Digital, TV, Ground, Influencer verticals which is a 20,000 Crore opportunity!ResponsibilitiesThe Role: This role is a B2B media sales. role with following responsibilities Creating a set of Key Accounts from within TMA existing clients as well as potential new clients for Sports Pitch to clients, understand their brand journey and how Sports media can help their brand Capture the leads and brief from client to work closely with the Planning team in Bangalore for customized solutions Successful growth of business- by closing deals and also get repeat businessDay to Day Work Work closely with KAM team in the region and identify active pipeline & calendar for Sports closures Pitching GTM plans for key properties and assets in the Sports vertical- prepare & perform Working closely with TMA Account Management team in their city and the HQ team- Sports Head, Planning teams Solution approach to ensure client delight and retention for sports & impact properties Relationship with Vendor side regional leaders (Viacom18, Disney-Hotstar, Sony etc.)QualificationsKey Skills & Experience Aggressive B2B sales experience with minimum 2 years Strong analytical and communication skills Selling acumen and business understanding Strong Bias for Action and Result orientationLocations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore,
