Job Description

    Seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) for Administration and Finance to oversee all administrative and financial operations within the company. The GM shall be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions while managing financial activities, budgeting, and reporting. The successful candidate will provide leadership, strategic oversight, and ensure that financial and administrative practices align with the companys objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Administration Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient administrative practices. Supervise administrative teams to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with banking partners to manage daily operations and activities efficiently.2. Financial Management: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management Manage and oversee company accounting, financial reporting, and audits. Analyze financial statements to ensure the companys financial health and operational efficiency. Develop strategies to optimize financial performance and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.3. Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial goals and objectives. Oversee internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial operations Manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure budget adherence. Prepare and present financial and MIS reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.4. Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to finance and administrative teams. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and promote professional development. Ensure staff are well-trained in their roles and have access to necessary resources and tools.Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree (MBA ) will be a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial management and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing corporate financial functions. In-depth knowledge of administrative processes, risk management, and compliance requirements. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills. Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
