Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, assisting users with troubleshooting and problem resolution. System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. User Management: Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in various systems. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, and user documentation. Training: Assist in training staff on new software and technologies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use IT resources effectively. Network Support: Support network maintenance and troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and basic network configurations.
