Job Description

    Hi,We have an urgent opening in MNC Company for the position of Assistant Manager & Sr Ex Accounts & Finance based at Manesar.Job Profile:JD for Assistant Manager Finance & AccountsRequirements:Ensure financial compliance with taxation regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax).Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.Prepare financial statements and reports for management.Monitor and manage stock levels, including valuation and reconciliation.Verify financial transaction recording and reporting.Oversee financial aspects of import and export operations.Handle all banking activities and maintain strong bank relationships.Manage the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) & TDS/TCS returns and other indirect/direct taxes. Ensure adherence to GST & TDS and other taxes laws.Managing transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and benchmarking studies to ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations.Support in tax provisioning, reporting, and disclosures in accordance with Indian accounting standards.Ensuring the compliance of FEMA (related to closure of exports/ imports proceeds under EDPMS/ IDPMS systems of RBI).Establish and maintain positive relationships with the relevant govt. authorities and other relevant government bodies.Responsible for Accounts & Finance operation having woodworking knowledge of Accounting, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, all other allied Acts & compliances thereof.Responsibilities Related to Management Reporting, Related Party Transaction and Reconciliations.Handling of Insurance Related Matters.Experience Of Handling Internal & External Audit (Statutory/Tax/Transfer Pricing/GST & Other Govt Audit.Maintenance of Fixed Asset Record & Depreciation workingJob for Sr Ex Accounts & FinanceHands On Experience Of ERP/SAP Software and Proficient In Ms Office Including Excel And Word.Experience Of Handling Statutory Accounts (Monthly, Quarter, Annual) Of the CompanyKnowledge Of Accounting BookkeepingKnowledge About TDS and GSTShould Have Basic Knowledge of Ind-As, Trial Balance and Closing of Book Of Accounts.Daily & Monthly Bank ReconciliationPreparation Of Outstanding Details for PaymentPreparation Of Domestic & Foreign PaymentKnowledge of Filling Form-15CA/CB Compliance and E-fillingProcessing Of Employees ReimbursementSettlement Of Advance Payments to VendorsMonthly Calculation of Statutory Dues (TDS/TCS/GST Liability)Preparation Of Gstr-1 Return WorkingPreparation Of Gstr-3B Return WorkingPlease share your Updated cv if you are interested for the same.Regards
