As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly talented Creative Director (Art) to join our team and lead the artistic direction of our projects.As the Creative Director (Art) at Infinity, you will be responsible for spearheading the visual identity and artistic vision of our campaigns. We are looking for a visionary leader who can transform ideas into visually stunning concepts, driving brand engagement and delivering impactful creative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative flair, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire others.Responsibilities:Lead the artistic direction of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trends.Collaborate closely with account managers. copywriters, and other team members to develop compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of designers and visual artists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Conceptualize and design a wide range of creative assets, including print advertisements, digital media, branding materials, and experiential campaigns.Present creative concepts and visual solutions to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions and strategies.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices, leveraging insights to innovate and elevate our creative output.Ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all visual deliverables, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to project timelines and budgets.Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and creative partner throughout the project lifecycle..Drive business through new innovations Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Proven experience as a Creative Director (Art) or similar role in an advertising agency or creative studio.Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and visual styles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines,
