Designation : Manager Business Development & Sales (Battery Pack)Location : FaridabadExperience : 10 yrsReporting to : Head BD & SalesRoles & Responsibilities Research and identify new market opportunities & contacting new customers Competition Study and analysis on a Monthly basis Developing new customers for Battery Pack (He has to handle 2W/ 3W customer segment) Working with the R&D teams and convincing them on the technical value proposition Customer relationship management Arranging successful lab and field trials Negotiating prices and termsPerson and Experience Profile Qualified Engineer (Electronics/Power Electronics). Should have a good knowledge of battery pack, battery chargers or converters. Experience in the Auto Component industry in R&D or sales. Experience in EV space preferred Should have BD experience and proven ability to interact with R&D personnel Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per. business needs High drive and enthusiasm to make a difference Person should have good experience in dealing with EV companies Comfortable to work as an Individual contributor. Experience working with JV / technology agreement companies will be an added advantage.Other Skills & Abilities Very driven and self-motivated Excellent technical aptitude and techno-commercial skills Great interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time Engaging personality,
