Job Description

    A construction general manager is responsible for overseeing the logistics of a construction project from start to finish. They will Ensure / perform these duties: Planning: Create work schedules, balance the budget, and plan the project Managing: Hire contractors and staff, allocate responsibilities, and supervise the work of laborers and mechanics Coordinating: Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory Monitoring: Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, and review the work progress on daily basis Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, and report to senior managers on project progress Ensuring: That all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures, and that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practicesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 1,200,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per yearSchedule: Rotational. shift Weekend availabilityQuarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate: Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education: Bachelors (Preferred)Experience: total work: 10 years (Preferred)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 20/04/2024,
