With a 53 year old legacy, we are constantly expanding and growing our capacities into sub-assemblies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager at Omega Bright Steel Pvt Ltd located in Faridabad. The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing the product development process, including R&D, project management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. They will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure that new products meet customer demand and industry standards.Qualifications Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) Experience in Project Management within the Automotive. industry Excellent communication and team-building skills Knowledge of production processes of machining, cold forging and its equipment Good understanding of market trends and automotive industry Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Automotive Technology, or related fields Experience with process validation and regulatory complianceRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
