Job Description

    A process coordinatormanages and improves an organizations processes.They ensure that processes are followed, and they identify and fix issues.They also work with different departments to improve communication and collaboration.Responsibilities
      • Process oversight:Ensure that processes are followed and that daily actions are in line with the process requirements
    • Issue resolution:Address issues with procedures, tools, or people
    • Escalation:Escalate process issues to the process owner and program manager
    • Process improvement:Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to improve productivity and quality
    • Communication:Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
    • Process audits:Conduct regular process audits and make recommendations for improvements
    • Data and reports:Track and prepare data and reports on key operation standards
    Qualifications
    • An associates degree or higher
    • Experience in manufacturing or a related field
    • Proficiency in process management software or tools
    • Knowledge of new operating procedures in your industry
