    Please find the JD for Assistant Manager/ Sr. Engineer ( Production CNC/VMC)Budget: upto 7 LPA (CTC)Experience : 8 to 15 YearsKey Responsibilities :* Oversee and manage the day-to-day production activities to ensure the timely delivery of products.* Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer requirements.* Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.* Ensure the proper operation and programming of CNC/VMC machines, focusing on grinding processes.* Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes and reduce costs.
