As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamicHVAC Sales Engineerto drive OEM sales and grow our market presence.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop business opportunities withOEMsin HVAC, BMS, and related industries.
    • Promote and sellDwyerOmegaproducts, including sensors, transmitters, and other HVAC solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients and key decision-makers.
    • Provide technical support, product training, and demonstrations to customers.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing a strong sales pipeline.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelors degree inInstrumentationEngineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experiencein HVAC sales, OEM sales, or related technical sales.
    • Strong understanding ofHVAC controls, sensors, and instrumentation.
    • Proven ability to develop and close sales with OEM customers.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
