Job Description

    Hiring Incident & Change Management Analyst | ServiceNow | ITIL | 2 Years Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 2 Years CTC: Up to 6 LPAWe are looking for an Incident & Change Management Analyst with experience in ITIL-based service management, ServiceNow ITSM, governance, compliance, and service quality management. Key Responsibilities: Govern and manage Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and SLA processes. Ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks and ITSM governance standards. Monitor process compliance, operational KPIs, and service performance metrics. Support internal and external audits, including ISMS and BCMS assessments. Coordinate change reviews, CAB meetings, and process improvements. Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across IT operations. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and governance metrics. Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with operations teams to improve service quality and compliance.
