Job Description

    Work experience: 2-4 yearsEmployment type: Full-timeLocation:Noida ,Sector 62Job Summary:As the HR Talent Acquisition Executive (Contact Center) at well reputed Cruise Industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for call center positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely and successful placement of qualified candidates, along with manpower planning for future needs.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for call center roles. Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the companys employer brand. Provide regular updates to HR Manager on the status of open positions and recruitment activities. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruiting for call center or customer service positions. Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.Additional Information: This is a full-time position with a six-days working schedule. 1 weekly rotational
