Job Description

    As a Lift Operator at SKA Group in Ghaziabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators within our residential projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a seamless experience for residents and visitors while upholding the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality in the lift areas.Your duties will include operating elevators in a safe and efficient manner, greeting and assisting residents with courtesy, and ensuring that the lifts are not overloaded and comply with capacity guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the lifts and surrounding lobby areas, promptly reporting any technical issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team, and providing assistance to elderly, children, and differently-abled residents using the lift.It will be essential for you to follow all safety and security protocols established by SKA Group for residential complexes and support the facility management team in the smooth day-to-day operations of the buildings. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum qualification of 10th pass or equivalent, with previous experience as a lift operator in residential or commercial facilities being preferred.A basic understanding of lift safety guidelines and emergency procedures, along with good communication skills, polite behavior, and a customer service-oriented approach, will be beneficial in excelling in this position. Physical fitness and attention to safety details are also key requirements for this role.This is a permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The role requires in-person work in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and candidates must be willing to reliably commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package if necessary. Prior total work experience of 1 year is preferred for this role.,
