Job Description

    As a Relationship Manager at First Wealth in the Retail Banking business unit under Branch Banking function, your role is to manage your assigned client portfolio effectively to ensure superior service delivery leading to cross-sell opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:- Building up CASA value and acquiring new clients.- Engaging clients effectively to drive cross-selling.- Increasing the Product holding per customer within your portfolio.- Profiling clients and recommending suitable banking products.- Meeting monthly operating plans to improve scorecard rankings.- Coordinating with relationship managers for closure of business loans and other transactions.- Ensuring prompt resolution of client queries and complaints to achieve NPS benchmarks.- Managing the branch vault, including cash and non-cash transactions.- Updating key registers regularly and reviewing branch reports.- Maintaining strict adherence to bank policies and compliance.Additionally, you will be responsible for:- Performing audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.- Providing best-in-class customer service to all clients to establish yourself as their primary banker.These responsibilities are essential for the successful execution of your role as a Relationship Manager at First Wealth.,
